Current delivery rates are as follows:

EXPRESS DELIVERY 
DPD Delivery Tracked and signed for with email/text notifcation of ETA (1-2 working days) - £4.75 
Order before 1pm to receive your product within 2 days. Orders placed after 1pm will not be dispatched until the following working day. Delivery is not possible on a Sunday or Bank Holidays (this includes Good Friday and Saturday of bank holiday weekends). Orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday will arrive on the next working day (Monday) unless saturday delivery is selected at the checkout. Please note that signatures are required for express delivery and if no one is available to take delivery of the item a calling card will be left by the courier/post office. Express Delivery is not available to the following postcodes – HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB, BT, IM, JE, GY
UK SATURDAY DELIVERY  
Special Delivery With DPD - Saturday Service Guaranteed Before 1pm - £16.00
This should be used if you need next day between Thursday 1pm & Friday 1pm.

RETURNS POLICY
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team by email : Customerservice.boutiquebabez@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can rectify this for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are CREDIT ONLY – a credit note will be sent to your email address for the same amount minus postage costs.

HASSLE FREE RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then that is no problem. All we ask is that you please return the item within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note. Please note the delivery charge and return cost is non refundable and all products must be returned in its original unused condition so please take extra care when trying items on. Any makeup stains/marks will unfortunately not be refunded.
We may refuse to provide a refund where products are not returned in its unused state. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
Some lingerie items are non-returnable i.e. swimwear, thongs, briefs & bodysuits for hygiene reasons.
Pierced jewellery is also non-returnable.
Please note, if you return an item outside of the 14 days, we cannot refund you for the returned item. We are also not able to send it back to you. So please check the date on the dispatch date before returning your item.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Boutique Babez HQ. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We reserve the right not to refund if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to return a product, please follow the simple steps set out below.
  1. Re parcel the item with a note inside which includes your delivery address and order number.

  2. Post the item back to us using to the address listed on the slip in your parcel  

Keep your proof of postage safe until the return is processed.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return. Once we are in receipt of the item(s) we will inspect and process the refund within 2 working days of receiving the returned product. We will issue the refund as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition. We will refund the money to the payment method originally used to pay for the item.
All goods will be inspected upon return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.
Products returned by you because of a fault will be examined and if found to be defective will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the proof of postage.
